Project Fatboy

This is a standard Fatboy before starting the modifications.



The fuel tank is being changed for a CCI Cat No.46-185 Regency Flatside stretched 6 gall tank.



This is the tank on the bike during fitting, prior to painting.


New solid front wheel with tyre fitted to bike.



This wheel CCI Cat No.86-703 Solid Disc 5.50x16'' dual flange, the pulley for it is CCI Cat No.47-149 polished 3 spoke swept 70 tooth by Rev Tech,




and a Russel polished stainless steel brake rotor, is to be fitted to the rear of the Fatboy.

To fit the rear wheel and pulley means having to offset the gearbox to the left to align the belt drive correctly.



The engine and primary transmission are spaced using a Zodiac WideAss adaptor.
