	Porthleven and the coast path west towards Rinsey.
	Biking on the country lanes. 5 miles from us at Carleen
	Quaint Cadgwith on the coast path.
	South Wheal Francis. Inland on the Great Flat Lode. A fantastic old mining trail for Walkers, cyclists and horse riders.
	Ancient monuments and Lanyon Quoit in west Cornwall
	The vast sandy beach of Gwithian. Low tide the beach is fully exposed or walk along the dunes at high tide.

We are open all year and from November 2007 to the 15th March 2008 (excluding 22nd Dec to 5th Jan 08) we welcome short break stays as well as full weeks to make the most of Cornwall in the off season.

The rates for short breaks are

Nights 2 Persons 3 to 4 Persons

2 £45 per night not applicable

3 to 4 £40 per night £60 per night

5 to 7 As weekly rate As weekly rate

Prices are based on 2 nights minimum and accommodation includes towels and linen and night storage heating.
