CONFERENCE SERVICES
The Wirral Mind Fountain Project now offers exceptional conference facilities. The conference rooms are located in a newly refurbished building close to the Hamilton Quarter in Birkenhead and are easily accessible by road or rail.
The Project houses three conference rooms:
The Davies Room
The Davies Room seats up to twenty people.

Fully Equipped
The conference rooms are fully equipped with Flip Charts, White Boards. Overhead Projector, PowerPoint Projector, TV/Video and a Portable Loop system for the hard of hearing (Lince Suite only) are also available on request.
At Wirral Mind we appreciate that your conference is unique and therefore we aim to provide an environment to suit your individual needs. Your conference room will be modified to meet your requirements and our staff will be happy to arrange any additional facilities including refreshments and buffets.
All areas of the Fountain Project are easily accessible for disabled guests, with wide corridors, a disabled toilet on each floor and a lift to the conference suites. The staff at Wirral Mind will work with you to ensure that your conference runs smoothly.
Hiring Information
Layouts will always be designed to meet the requirements of your event.
Refreshments
Range from £1.20 per person for hourly and half day bookings to £2.00 per person for full day bookings.
Buffets
Range from £5.50 per person (including refreshments) to £8.95 person.
Equipment Hire
Is included in the price, however charges will be made for the use of the fax machine and photocopying facilities.
Payment
- Minimum refreshment charge is £5.00
- Minimum hire period is 2 hours
- Hiring over 2 hours will be billed at the half day rate
The balance of the payment must be made within 30 days from receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed with the Conference Manager prior to the date of the event.
Viewing
Is recommended prior to booking and if necessary you may take the opportunity to advise us of any special requirements you may have.
Cancellations
A minimum notice of 48 hours must be given if you wish to cancel an event. Failure to do so will incur a penalty of 50% of the agreed charges.
