Arrange and Organise
|
|
We will meet and consult with you to establish exactly what
you want. Visiting venues, food tasting, sample items (stationery, favours,
flowers etc), trial runs can all be set up, accompanied or not, depending on
your wishes. When bookings are agreed we can also take care of this for you
and draw up a detailed financial account for you to ensure you know where you
are every step of the way.

Plan
|
|
|
It’s important that everything is in place and you get what
you want, some couples don’t know where to start and it’s not until the
options are explained that you will know what’s right for you. The
earlier you start your planning the wider the choice. If your heart is
set on a particular place, we have to work around the availability and
suitability for you both. However, if the venue is not a problem but
you want a summer wedding or a particular date (e.g., 14th February or Saturday 7th July) the earlier you
decide the better. |

Liaise, Perfect and Advise
|
|
|
There are often many people who want to be involved in your
wedding and some may have some very different ideas! Achieve the look you
want with the “wow” factor that suits you. Discretion and diplomacy is high on
the list to make a happy wedding and perfection and fine detail are equally
important. The client is always right and has the final say so having someone
on your wavelength can help. Advice can go a long way but it’s also good to do
your own thing too. Either way, there will always be support for you and a
’phone call can make all the difference. Office hours are when most of our
clients can’t talk so we aim to be available from 8am to 8pm and will always get
back to you if you leave a message. |

Finishing touches

These don’t have to cost very much but can make all the
difference.
However, with your wedding day drawing closer there is so much to do
that they are often forgotten. Our team can complete the task in a matter of
minutes giving you time to enjoy every second.
This could involve setting up a
simple treasure hunt for the children, writing / printing place cards or
decorating the ceremony room that only became available an hour before!
Hire facilities
We have available for hire

– acrylic cake stand which can be used for a one- to three-tiered
cake

Oversee and fade into the background
|
|
We can attend and oversee your day, be on hand to assist
you or any member of your wedding party that may need help. Inconspicuous and
fading into the background ...

All done and dusted
|
|
If you are naturally organised and everything is booked and
planned you may not need us at all but keep our number as weddings have a habit
of creeping up on you especially in the last 8 weeks. We can ensure your
suppliers deliver by confirming and checking details with backup every step of
the way. If you’re running out of time or get let down you can always call us
and we will help if we can.

The Other Half
|
|
Although clients are mainly brides, the groom also plays a
very important part and has wishes for the day, too.
He may also need a little assistance at times and we are happy to advise him,
shop with him, teach him to dance, write him a speech or just make sure he
arrives with two eyebrows! See
