We are pleased to announce after a lengthy process that the Federation signed it's service level agreement with Trafford Housing Trust on Wednesday 13th September 2006.
The document is an agreement between our main funding providers, Trafford Housing Trust, the agreement sets out our aims and objectives for our future development. The agreement will allow us to improve our services to our partners and communities that we serve across the Trafford, it will also allow us to provide important core services such as:
Providing our members and communities with information
Minimum amounts of meetings that we will hold
Producing and developing our annual reports
Signposting residents across Trafford
Increasing and promoting resident involvement in the Trafford area
