Living in many parts of Europe, include four months under the South Bank Centre, making a living by busking, playing in bands like Doll by Doll and setting up Core, a charity which takes a holistic approach to dealing with addiction and writing songs featuring disturbed imagery, this is more than a character. |

| £3. Sunday Lunch £5 | |
| HXtra7 | |
| Lots of people have asked and so we've made it happen! We're bringing back the much-loved, greatly-missed Sunday Lunchtme Jazz events at the Trades Club. The first one features a fabulous five-piece fronted by flute/sax player Atholl Ransome alongside the undisputed king of jazz guitar-Gary Boyle. The line up is completed by Bruce Reid on double bass and drummer Jonathan Hartley with vocalist Brian Acton appearing on several numbers. The Sunday lunchtime gigs will differ from the established Thursday nights as they will be more a showcase for regional and up-and–coming musicians (as opposed to nationally and internationally acclaimed artists). HX7 is open to programming suggestions for both enterprises: ideas for the lunchtime sessions should be sent to Bruce Reid via brucereid@hotmail.co.uk. There will be a pleasant, relaxed and informal feel and Sunday lunches will be available for £5 throughout the afternoon. |
