Holly Blue Celastrina argiolus Prior's Farm, Peterborough - 10 August 2002
One of the few tree species, the sight of this small pale butterfly flitting around ivy and other shady places in gardens, woods and parkland is a familiar one.
I love Holly Blues as I just don't see enough of them settled, and even more rarely do I get the opportunity to photograph them.
