Not just any old gravel driveway. This drive is key to the garden bird feeding station with around two litres of my special farmland bird seed mix scattered along it each night for the birds to feast on the following day. This is the busiest part of the feeding station, and in winter can host several hundred birds! Wow!

The dusty, gravel-free areas by the roadside provide plenty of dust-bathing areas for the local sparrows.
