This “Rabassières” takes its name from Rabasse – the Provincal truffle
that could be found buried at the feet of the giant truffle oaks that
still covered the entire region
during the last century. Made from 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah the wine
reveals an harmonious balance with aromatic notes of red fruit, prunes,
violets and liquorice.
