A wide range of public examination courses are available according to a pupil's' individual academic needs. These include GCSE, Entry Unit Awards for pupils who are working below GCSE level.

The 14 - 19 Curriculum recognises that careers education, work experience, college links and vocational training are vital elements in preparing young people for the diversity of life, in addition to offering academic qualifications.

At St Vincent's the careers policy ensures that all pupils have individual meetings with the Connexions Advisor as well as careers lessons.

Each pupil also undertakes two one week Work Experience placements within their final two years.

The varied secondary school programme allows our pupils to follow GCSE courses, make progress through flexible learning methods, participate in residentials and experience a college environment.
