Welcome To Our Department!
In our department we have classes covering Early Years, KS1 and KS2.
We are situated in a wing of the main building called "Queen's wing".
We have classrooms, an Early Years base, an IT study room, a kitchen and resource areas.
We also enjoy using the other facilities in the school, including:

We enjoy using a lot of different equipment, specially for the visually impared. Year 6 think braillers are the most useful piece of equipment; but we all love the talking calculators best!

Our timetables include educational visits to places like:

At lunchtime we have a choice of three meals. They are nearly always yummy!
After our lunch we have time inside or outside, chatting with friends, listening to CDs, on the swings and loads of other things!
PRIMARY NEWS
In year 2001-2002, we had some fantastic events:
- We performed at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall in front of a VIP audience. We performed our 'Harry Potter' compositions, and our friends from the Philharmonic orchestra played with us!
- Cherie Blair visited us and we enjoyed showing her our work and chatting with her. We were on TV!
- Year 2 and Year 6 did SATS. Yuk!
- Year 6 and 7 went to a science workshop at the Albert Dock.
- Year 5 studied water at the park.
- Year 6 did DT at the comprehensive school, on a year programme. We worked with wood, textiles and control technology!
- We all visited Crosby hall for two adventure days.
- We all took part in Sports Day!!
Next year we hope to do lots more exciting things. We hope you will visit this section of our website again and find out what we're up to!
