I have totally updated the prospectus for this year, so if you don't have a copy of it you can check it out here.
I've also added something called the school calendar, which has all term dates, religious events and other important events which parents might want to know about. I hope this does help you out, and it's in printer friendly format for you to print out and stick on the office wall.
