An audio system with clear coverage delivered punchy, high-impact music sting playback in a room set out width ways for 120 delegates. 12 tie clip radio microphones were provided for each presenter and 4 roaming microphones for questions and answers. A lectern microphone was also available as backup.
Four projector screens displayed PowerPoint and DVD presentations. Two of the screens had the flexibility to run different presentations from the main screens. Small comfort monitors were provided for the presenters.
Stage lighting was used to highlight presenters on stage and light various parts of the stage set. Room lighting was provided to enable controllable room lighting.
Large countdown clocks were mounted to keep the presenters to time.
All speakers, projectors and lighting was suspended from the ceilings to avoid obstructions.
In addition, the reception area had a small PA system to play background music and address delegates; 4 plasma screens were provided to display a looping DVD; and up-lighting was used to create a relaxing atmosphere.
