Event Solution

  • Clear audio coverage was provided for 1800 delegates with the presenters on tie clip and lectern microphones.
  • Large screens were provided to display Powerpoint and DVD videos.
  • Live cameras recorded and displayed presenters on screen. This gave delegates at the back a clear view of the presenters.
  • Three sides of the hall were draped with back to help with the acoustics and the look and feel of the venue. This also gave a backdrop to the presenters.
  • Stage lighting was provided to highlight the presenters and lighting was used to give controllable lighting in the hall.
  • All speakers, lighting and projectors were suspended from the ceiling which meant no space was lost due to equipment and there were clear lines of sight.
