Event Archive

The event was being held in a school hall. The brief was to create a glitzy atmosphere for the boroughs annual staff awards.

The school hall is very well equipped with their own sound, lighting and video systems. We were able to use much of that and supplement with our own equipment.

Event Solution

• Use the school sound system but add extra microphones including lectern and hand held radio microphones.
• Produce walk up "sting" music while people receive their awards.
• Use the schools projector system and use our own production laptops.
• Use the schools lighting infrastructure with the addition of our own lighting equipment to create star effects, gobos, ambient and stage lighting.
