Alexander Technique Summer Classes 2011 The 2010 classes were great fun. There is information on this page about
the 2011 classes.
The Oxford summer classes are run by Stephen Cooper, director of the Oxford Alexander Training School.
Stephen looks forward to these summer classes,
working with other Alexander teachers and students while helping to introduce the
Technique to beginners and extending the experience of those who have
already had lessons. The classes are free to teachers of the Alexander Technique, £20
per session for trainee Alexander teachers All classes are open to: -

The mixed sessions (teachers, students, pupils and
beginners) provide all participants with something relevant to their level of
understanding of the Technique. During the class Stephen will work
individually with each participant while also creating opportunities to
involve some or all of those present in group working as appropriate. Morning sessions are from 9.15 – 12.30. The morning
starts and ends with practical sessions. There is usually a tea-break and
discussion in the middle of the morning. Evening sessions are from 7.00 - 9.00. The work is all
practical, with a short tea- break in the middle. Numbers
are limited to 6 people per session. Participants can join as
many or as few classes as they like. Morning classes will take

Morning sessions mostly on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. (One or two on Mondays).
Evening sessions by arrangement. Minimum of three participants. If you have a group of three or more phone me to book dates, otherwise call me to find out what dates are being considered.
