| The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies To Work For |
What It Is? The Sunday Times list of the 100 Best Companies to work for is derived from the views of employees. Using a methodology designed exclusively for the British workplace, it identifies best practice and ranks companies chiefly according to their performance in eight key indicators of staff satisfaction. These awards are supported and sponsored by the Department of Trade and Industry. There is no anonymous panel of judges, it is based entirely on the opinion of staff, giving a frank unadulterated insight into their working lives

How we did in 2007 Awards ? The Trust has once again excelled by retaining second place nationally, whilst coming first in no less than 4 categories. A feat even more noteworthy considering the fact that this year's competition doubled in size with more than 148,000 employees from 657 companies taking part. Additionally The Trust maintained its '3 Star Accreditation' from Best Companies, one of only 42 organisations to receive the award this year. |
