St Kilda Community Support Centre

St Kilda Community Support Centre is located at 15 Drew Street, Brixham and is a registered care home for 36 people.

There are four areas within St Kilda. Each area has their own dedicated carer team to ensure clients see the same faces on a daily basis.

St Kilda offers a range of support from those that enable people to regain their independence so that they can return home (called intermediate care) to short term care required by those who aren’t able to return to their own homes straight away. St Kilda also provides long-term care for those who need 24 hour care and support. All staff are fully trained and able to meet a wide range of needs.

St Kilda Day Care Centre

St. Kilda Day Centre offers day care opportunities for older adults Monday to Saturday inclusive.

Transport is provided within the Brixham area using our own mini bus with electric tail lift for wheel chair users.

• Carer support group meet every 6 weeks to support the carer.
