"Yes, we offer our Carmen Cover Priority Maintenance by invitation to customers who have recently had a new or replacement boiler installed by us, and to other customers subject to an Acceptance Survey for which we may charge.

Carmen Cover Priority Maintenance offers
· An annual service and safety and efficiency inspection of your boiler
· Breakdown and repair service for your boiler and/or other elements of your central heating and hot water system

· Guaranteed response to your call within four working hours

· Guaranteed practical response to your problem within one working day

· Free Parts and Labour if any item covered by the agreement needs repair

· A replacement boiler if your boiler is less than seven years old and proves to be beyond economic repair

Carmen Cover Priority Maintenance cost per month
