Tell us your concept and we will translate it into a complete 3D CAD/CAM design in our studio. Or give us your existing AutoCAD, DXF or IGES file, or draftsman's drawing and we will take it from there. Our in-house CAD/CAM station employs the latest AutoCAD and N.C.Graphics 3-D software and has the power to process highly complex designs. |

We work closely with you to ensure that our design is exactly what you are aiming for. You will be able to log on to our secure website to preview your design at key stages of the development cycle. You will also be able to view your project's Status Report online, updated on a regular basis. |

We began as specialist toolmakers and this continues to be our core skill. Using high-carbon, heat tempered alloyed steel, and drawing upon over 60 years of experience, we build precision injection-moulding tools to your finalized design. |

We can trial your mould tool prior to production and provide your moulder with a comprehensive setting sheet, designed to ensure that it meets your specifications of behaviour, tolerance, colour, functionality, weight and per-unit cost. |

Once the component has been finalized, we can perform large-scale production runs on-site. If required, we can take charge of the sorting, packaging and delivery of the finished product to your warehouse. |
