at Southbourne, near Chichester, we are a UK manufacturer fully
accredited to BS EN ISO 9002 and hold the extended approval to Aerospace
Technical Specification 157, required to produce aerospace components.
We provide an excellent contract machining service for a wide range
of industries.

processes in which we are regularly investing.

During
the past three years we have installed over £750,000 in additional
plant including new CNC horizontal and vertical machining centres,
plus new CNC lathes, capacity on which is immediately available. We
have Jig, Cylindrical and Surface grinding facilities and an EDM section
giving in-house control of Wire Erosion and Spark Erosion processes
for the more difficult features sometimes found on our customer's
drawings. |
| Offering
a very reliable and competitive service our main focus is on the volumes
that are associated with medium batch production runs. However, due
to the range of our equipment we are able to supply one off, to help
with product development, and tooling. We are very experienced in
a wide range of materials including the more exotic titanium, stainless
steels and inconels. |
