Vacuum Casting Services

With 10 years experience in vacuum casting, we deliver performance led cast parts through to accurate multiple components for pre production assembles.

Using an SLA master or a machined part, a silicone tool is produced and then processed in our vacuum casting machine.

The range of materials available are designed to mimic ABS, PP and PC Elastomers. The different resins in the range produce parts that can be clear UV stable, heat resistant, flame retardant or flexible.

Resins can be tinted or pigmented to your sample, glass filler can be added to stiffen parts, components can be over moulded and also a spray finish can be applied.
