CNC machining parts on 3 axis CNC milling machines, is our approach to producing accurate models, production prototypes and engineering components.

Your 2D and 3D cad data can be taken and used to generate cutter paths using our machining software.

Parts can be cnc machined to a tolerance of 0.05mm for component checking and alterations can be taken on board to achieve the desired result.

Short production runs in the correct materials are a cost effective approach when vacuum cast polyurethane components will not achieve what is required.

A broad range of materials including aluminium, steel, polyurethane modelboard, carbon fibre and many types of different plastics can be cnc machined in house by our highly skilled team.

The cnc machining of carbon fibre from billet or laid up components is a specialist area that we have developed over ten years of working closely with a number of formula one teams.
