Licence Applications
Summary of applications made to the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for renewal of licences within Pembridge Ward to run for one year from the dates shown. Anyone wanting further information, or wishing to raise objection or make comments on the applications should contact the Council's Environmental Health Department (Sharon Dyball on 020 7341 5711 or sharon.dyball@rbkc.gov.uk) by the date shown below. Where no objections are received by the stated date renewals will be granted under delegated powers on the day after.
 
Public Entertainment Licences cover entertainments such as Music and Dancing, Plays, Exhibitions and Indoor Sports.
Film Exhibition Licences There are no provisions in the current legislation for notifying the public of renewal applications so these are for information purposes only.
Night Cafe Licences Applicants applying for renewal must notify the public by means of a public notice placed in a local newspaper, a notice exhibited at the premises and by letter to local residents' associations.
Special Treatment Licences cover beauty therapy, massage, sunbed, sauna and other similar treatments. The Council does not require applications to be advertised in any way.
