Nominations:

Nominations for election to the Executive Committee (whether as an Officer or as a non-office holder) shall be made at or before the AGM and shall be addressed to the Hon. Sec. in writing (supported by a seconder) and with the written consent of the nominee. Forms are available: ring 020 7229 3931.

 

Subscriptions:

The current minimum subscription for new members is £3 p.a. (although the average contributed is now £10) and it is due on 1st January each year; it should be paid to the Membership Secretary, either at the AGM or by post to the registered office of “The Pembridge Association, 13 Rodney House, 12/13 Pembridge Crescent, London W11 3DY”.  Most Members pay by Bank Standing Order and this is greatly welcomed as it saves considerable administrative effort and expense. Bank Standing Order Forms and Gift Aid Declaration Forms are available.

 

Newsletter:

Copies of the Association's Newsletter are circulated to Members of the Pembridge Conservation Area once a year; it is the main channel of communication between the Association and its Members.

 

Planning Applicatons:

The Association considers all advertised applications for planning permission, within the Conservation Area, and comments on them to the Borough Council whenever this is felt to be necessary in order to safeguard the character of the area.

 

AGM Social:

Members attending the AGM will have the opportunity to take a glass of wine with the Officers and Executive Committee after the meeting.
