Omnicom Systems was established in 1997 as an ICT company with the main objective to provide PC and Computer Network support and Maintenance services together with ICT Training to our clients in the North of England.

We specialize in sales and support and repairs of all computers, servers and hardware - including PCs and laptops of all manufactured brands. Our services include data recovery, data backup, virus removal and cleaning, internet and email failures, software installation and server configuration.

We also specialize in RAID data recovery service and restoration services for all types of data storage media and systems, including RAID systems. Any individual or company throughout UK can benefit from our services.

Omnicom Systems Product Support
At Omnicom Systems, we're committed to providing you personalized attention and quality service while providing you a quick response to your product support needs. We have several options of support for you to choose from.

Support Portal
Omnicom Systems new Support Portal gives you the ability to easily submit technical support questions, track the status of your support cases and view a history of all your previous cases. The Portal is designed to provide answers and solutions for your most complex questions ranging from implementation, troubleshooting mission-critical problems, product configuration, firmware updates and much more.

If you need technical support, create an account and submit case on the Support Portal.
Support case requests are monitored from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (including holidays), and are handled in the order they are received.

Installation Support Services
Omnicom Systems’s Installation Support Service delivers priority service to guide you through the installation process for the products we support.
You will receive priority service with the ability to remotely work one-on-one with an experienced Omnicom Systems technical support engineer, who will guide you through the installation process. Once Installation Support Services are purchased, our technical support team will respond within 2 standard business hours to assist you with an installation or schedule a time that meets your needs.
