Using the Forum:
SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT
Step 1 - Follow the Link Above (if you open the link in a new window you'll be able to follow these instructions at the same time)
Step 2 - Click on the register tab to register for this forum
Step 3 - Follow the instructions on screen to create an account
Step 3 - Once you have an account you are able to participate in the forum
USING YOUR ACCOUNT
Step 1 - From the home page the link to 'General Discussion' will take you to the subject areas
Step 2 - From the next page you are free to create a new topic (by clicking on the new topic tab) or you can view an existing discussion by clicking on the links underneath the 'Subject' header
Step 3 - To contribute to one of these discussions (or one you've created yourself) just click the reply tab, fill in the online form and then press post
