2.	APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
3.	APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF LAST MEETING Minutes of 68th Committee Meeting held on 8th April 2010
4.	APOLOGIES FOR YEAR'S GAP IN MEETINGS There have been no metings since 8th April 2010
5.	FUTURE OF N.H.I.G. Started ands first meeting 12th December 1993
6.	HONORARY TREASURER CHANGE Adam Moy hs resigned. Confirm temporary appointment of J. Scott.
7.	PRESENTATION F ACCOUNTS OF N.H.I.G. Bank Acount held at H.S.B.C. Notting Hill Gate.
8.	RESIGNATION OF JOHN SCOTT FROM ALL EXECUTIVE ACTIVITIES Doctor's orders have sdly necessitated this. Offer to be informal advisor if meetings so wishes.
9.	PROPOSAL FOR TIM BURKE S LEADER Founder of the popular "Pop-Up Cinema". Proposal to make a donation of £2,500 to his charity for this most agreeable venture.
10.	N.H.I.G. OUTTANDING ITEMS a) Report on Meeting with William Pears Group (Jonathan Rose Group Director) b) N.H.I.G. Undergrond Project. Kim Finer and Isabel Vasseur. c) Bill Woodrow Clock Project d) Toni Newman Print Project e) R.B.K.C. Notting Hill gate Advisory Group hs been terminated fo N.H.I.G. have have more significance.
11.	LIST OF MEMBERS, SUPPORTERS, FRIENDS Available to facilitate discussion/consultation prior to meeting. Aim to achieve a happy resolution for N.H.I.G. David McHugh, David Campion nd John Scott are pleased to hear your views. John Scott is happy to host small discussions.
12.	FINAL SOLUTION Termination rather than shame but not a disgrace...for all that we have done. And thank you greatly.
13.	REPLACEMETS/CHANHGE OF OFFICERS Despite exhortation over many years and meetings it has been difficult to find aspirants for this exciting and meaningful work
14.	TONY NEWMAN'S PRINT PROJECT Toni died on 15th June 2009. 8 artists have produced vey roughly 300 prints; (very rough estimte @ £400 each = £120,000 less heavy costs of presentations/commission etc)
