warranty, in some instances these warranties may be
extended up to periods of three or five years by some
manufactures for your absolute peace of mind

How We Work
As I'm sure
are aware trying to diagnose a blind fault over the
telephone is very difficult, however in most cases we
will try to rectify any difficulties you may be
experiencing over the phone free of charge.
If it
transpires that you need to bring you computer into to
us for diagnosis, rest assured there is no charge, once
we have diagnosed any faults your system may have, no
action will be taken on our behalf prior to having
discussed the options available to you where you can
then make an informed decision.
We
always endeavour to explain things simply and clearly
wherever possible, trying very hard not to baffle you
with technical jargon.
Once we
have quoted you for a 'job' the price quoted is fixed,
there are no hidden extra charges.

Your
Responsibilities
Always
remember it is your responsibility to ensure that
you have backed up your data, in some cases a repair
can wipe all of the data on your computer
permanently.
If you
have data on your machine that is not backed up and
you need it to be saved please make us aware,
normally this falls into the categories of:
Photographs, Personal Documents, Email Contacts and
Internet Explorer Favourites.
If you
are bringing a PC into us please ensure that we are
aware of any User Passwords that are required to
access the machine, failure to do this will delay
the return of your PC
