Founded: The Norland Society was founded in 1969 following the designation of the Norland Conservation Area by the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea under the Civic Amenities Axct 1967.
Boundaries: Holland Park Avenue, Royal Crescent, St Anns Villas, St Jamess Gardens and Portland Road
CAP: The Conservation Area Policy Statement (CAP) for Norland was produced by the Planning Department of The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea under the direction of Alan Sanders ARICS, Borough Planning Officer and Denis McCoy ARIBA MRIAI FRTPI Dip Arch (Oxford) of Robert Martin & Partners.
