Stretch the treated area as much as possible after each treatment for at least four more weeks

Once healed follow this regime daily for the next six months

First thing

Gentle wash to cleanse the skin. Use pH neutral soap (Dermol-500) or baby products.
Apply a milky (not thick and creamy) based moisturiser of F30 or higher. It is important that you have protection for UVA and UVB.
Gradually reintroduce your usual skin products. Remember that the new skin is delicate and may be sensitive to some ingredients. Mineral based makeup will allow the skin to breath.

Mid Day

Cleanse the skin and reapply your sunscreen moisturiser if the day is hot or you have been sweating.

Before Bed

Apply hydrocortisone cream if itchy the previous night or the redness is still a problem. Do not use hydrocortisone cream for more than six weeks in total unless advised differently.
