The apartment provides an excellent base from which to explore the numerous and varied attractions of this charming English island. Ventnor itself has an outstanding coastline and is acquiring a reputation as an area for fine dining.

The apartment comprises sitting room, fully-fitted kitchen, bathroom, with bath and power shower cubicle, and two double bedrooms.

The bathroom and front bedroom have picturesque views of the Downs.

There is central heating throughout with under floor heating in the entrance hall, kitchen and bathroom, so is available to rent throughout the year for summer or winter holidays.

All fuel and power is provided, as well as towels and bed linen.

Parking

Parking is available in the adjacent car park a parking permit is included in the price but we will need you to notify us to it can be arranged so as to be ready for your arrival. This permit can be used in all council car parks on the island.

A non refundable deposit of £125 payable 4 weeks prior to arrival secures booking
Balance payable 4 weeks in advance of holiday.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and that pets are not accepted.

The Bonchurch Inn in Bonchurch run by an Italian family. You do need to book. Pastas are great as is the steak with their Bonchurch sauce. Say Jill and Michael sent you!

El Toro Contento in Ventnor High Street. Authentic tapas in friendly atmosphere. Again you will need to book as it's quite a cosy place and getting very popular with the locals.

The Met Bar on Ventnor esplanade. Buzzy wine bar with 'tapas' style menu. Great for morning coffees with a sea view. Booking required for large groups.

The Royal Hotel in Belgrave Road, Ventnor. Enjoy the ambiance, food and attentive service in this prestigious hotel. Morning coffees and lunches also served in the conservatory. Afternoon tea on the lawn. You will need to book for evening meals.

The Horseshoebay Hotel on Bonchurch beach. The only restaurant on Bonchurch beach. Closed Mondays. Serves sandwiches and lunches. Great afternoon teas.
