Walking in The Quantocks
Radlet House provides dog friendly luxury bed and breakfast accommodation, in a peaceful rural location, overlooking The Quantock Hills in Somerset.

The Quantock Hills were declared the UK's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1956.  Iron Age hills forts and Bronze Age burial mounds are to be found on higher ground which are also a haven for wildlife with buzzards, nightjars and red deer.  The varied landscape provides panoramic views from the hills, access to rocky Jurassic coastline, deep wooded combes and farmland.  It is renowned territory for mountain biking, hiking and horse riding.

Situated on the edge of the Quantock Hills, Radlet House provides an ideal base from which to explore and indulge in a range of local activities.  From this peaceful and largely undiscovered part of Somerset explore Exmoor National Park, The Mendips and The Blackdown Hills for hiking and mountain bike tracks for all abilities.
We are members of the Moto Guzzi Club GB, and all motorcyclists are welcome.

Well behaved dogs are welcome that are happy to explore the gardens with the resident two black labradors.
As Julie is a qualified and experienced garden designer the gardens are full of interesting plant varieties for your pleasure.  Tailored one-to-one garden design workshops can be arranged on request.  Click on the link below for more information...
