Schools can use any of the methods listed below. Please include your school order number in all cases. Goods will be dispatched within 28 days and often sooner. Tell us if you require an item by a certain date. If your school is closed during the holidays please inform us when the goods can be accepted on the premises. The goods will be dispatched and invoiced separately. If your goods have not arrived within 3 days of the invoice please contact us and we will track the delivery.
Bookshops should contact us directly to agree terms.
All prices are effective as from 1st January 2006. The prices will be held until 31st December 2007 when the company reserves the rights to change prices where necessary.
Should you fail to be totally satisfied with your purchase, it is our policy to offer a complete refund. All we ask is that the product is returned within 28 days in good condition.

All goods will be delivered free of charge to any address within the UK. An admin charge of £3.20 will be applicable to all orders under £50. However, where payment is received with the order, the admin charge will be waived. If there is unlikely to be somebody available to sign for goods please contact us.
A pro-forma invoice will be sent, showing the total cost of your order plus carriage, for your prepayment. Payment must be in £sterling otherwise a bank conversion charge will be applied. We recommend airmail as it is quick, similar in cost to surface mail and the goods will be insured. Please note we make no profit on carriage.
