LARTON FISHING RULES FOR PERMIT HOLDERS. |

Rule 1 |
Permitted hours of fishing are dawn till dusk. Please park in the car parks provided. Parking is at the owners risk |
|
Rule 2 |
Strictly no alcohol is allowed on the fishing ground. |
|
Rule 3 |
A permit holder must display his permit card at all times when fishing and must hold an N.R.A. Licence. No permit = no fishing |
|
Rule 4 |
A permit holder has permission to invite fishing guests or spectators for whom he must purchase separate fishing or spectator tickets which he must keep with his own fishing permit (Please note that the permit holder and guests must stay in close proximity at all times |

Rule 5 |
Tickets can only be purchased during shop hours which are as follows. |

Rule 6 |
Any permit found to be used by anyone other than the permit holder will be cancelled and no refund will be given. Any guest ticket found to be in use by any person other than the person to whom it was originally purchased by the permit holder will cancel the right of the permit holder to hold a permit. |

Rule 7 |
A fishing permit or a guest fishing ticket allows the use of one rod only. If more than one rod is used the correct fee for the use of the extra rods must be paid |

Rule 8 |
The permit holder can have visitors but if their stay exceeds fifteen minutes the
correct fee for a spectator ticket must be paid by the permit holder. There is no
charge for non- |

Rule 9 |
Fishing is only permitted on the pegs provided and there must be no excessive moving position from one peg to another. |

Rule 10 |
Everyone must have a landing net and must use barb- |

Rule 11 |
The use of ground bait is forbidden. |

Rule 12 |
Please put your litter in the bins provided or take it home with you. |

Rule 13 |
In the interest of health and safety all children must be supervised by an adult
at all times. Please - |

Rule 14 |
In the event of someone falling into the water there are lifebelts at the main gate. Please familiarise yourself with the instructions and position. |

Rule 15 |
If you see anything which constitutes a risk to yourself or anyone else please report it to a member of staff in the Feed Store or telephone 0151 625 6477 or 0151 625 0815. Also, permit holders are encouraged to report anyone who is not observing the Rules. |

Rule 16 |
Pets, the lighting of fires and family picnics are forbidden. Please note that Larton Livery is private property and walking around the stables and caravan area is forbidden. |

Rule 17 |
Portable radios or CD,s must not be played except by ear- |
|
Rule 18 |
Failure to observe these rules may result in the cancellation of your fishing permit and no refund will be given. |

Rule 19 |
The management reserve the right to change the rules whenever they think fit. |
