Emma Hallam RVN

Emma, our head nurse, has 15 years experience nursing, having worked at another local practice before joining Knox and Devlin in 2002. She qualified from Myerscough College in 2001 as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Emma likes to keep us all in order but is currently on maternity leave with her first baby, a boy called Taylor Joe. She especially likes farm animal visits and diabetic care and keeping vets under control. In her spare time she can be found walking her dog Ralf, on the sofa with her husband Ben and their cats Nala and Murph, or helping out on her grandad’s farm.

Olivia Duffy RVN

Olivia joined the practice in 2004 as a receptionist but developed an interest in veterinary nursing and started her training in September 2005 at Lite Ltd, Stockport. Olivia qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse 2 years later. She is now involved in the training of new veterinary nurses. Olivia enjoys nursing clinics including weight clubs and small animal surgery. She doesn’t enjoy cold visits. Out of work Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband, little girl, Tilly and baby boy Albie. Olivia also has 2 cats, Dizzy and Dodger, a dog, Ginny and a horse, Donald.

Cait Tittershill RVN

Cait joined the practice in 2011 as a trainee Veterinary Nurse. She qualified in October 2014. Cait enjoys the large animal visits, especially cows and pigs. When not at work, Cait enjoys spending time with family, travelling and socialising with friends.

Rachel Sutherland RVN

Rachel joined the practice in 2012. Rachel went to college with Charlotte and qualified in 2009. Rachel has worked in various places, her favourite being Australia.  Rachel enjoys assisting with the large animal work, in particular the equine visits. Outside of work Rachel enjoys socialising with friends, horse riding and travelling.

Sarah Tolley

Sarah is on her sandwich year from Harper Adams University, where she is studying for a BSc in Veterinary Nursing and Practice Management. In her spare time she enjoys riding and caring for her horse, Vic, and playing principal euphonium in a local brass band.
