 About Me

I trained at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM), the best course in the country, and highly regarded in the industry.  I hold the highest level of qualification for this type of massage, BTEC Diploma Level 5.

I am experienced in neuromuscular and muscle energy techniques as well as soft tissue release.  My empathetic approach to massage therapy ensures I listen to clients needs and adapt treatments in order to achieve the best results.  I am well versed in anatomy and physiology and have worked on many soft tissue injuries with excellent results.  I believe in giving my clients the best possible advice, including self-treatment which can improve recovery between sessions.

Whether you are a keen sports person with an injury or simply feeling a bit tight, my professionalism and enthusiasm will relax clients and ease muscles.

"The LSSM was founded in 1989 and was the first to provide specialist training in Sport & Remedial Massage.
It has remained a pioneer and leader in the field and has done much to establish what has now become a well recognised discipline in modern healthcare.
With such a long history it is not surprising that we have the most experienced team of tutors who are at the very top of the profession, and this is our greatest strength"
