Abertillery and District Museum's first exhibition at their new home in Market Street, Abertillery has opened,writes

The display of trophies, plaques and various memorabilia of Abertillery Orpheus Male Choir has been brought back home and is now on show in the museum.
Chairman of Abertillery Orpheus Male Choir David Walters said "We wanted to bring our display back to Abertillery to show the local people of our acheivements.
"We are very grateful for the museum for letting us display our trophy cabinet here and we hope that it will be of interest to visitors."
After being displayed for many years at Ebbw Vale Civic Centre, Abertillery Orpheus Male Choir's exhibition will now take pride of place in Abertillery Museum for everyone to visit.
