Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Bexicles, you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you (the client) and us (Bexicles).
Money back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your card or offer a replacement item. Special orders cannot be exchanged unless deemed to be faulty. All credits will be reimbursed to the card that was charged on purchase with no exceptions.
Delivery Charges
We endeavour to keep postage and packing charges to a minimum. These are calculated on overall weight and world zones. We will advise on P&P prior to debiting your card. It is in your own interests to make multiple purchases at the same time to minimise this cost - expected delivery on these orders will be as per the item with the longest lead time.
Delivery
All items are delivered via recorded delivery (UK) or via "Airsure" - signed for worldwide. This system allows for the electronic tracking of all items despatched. All expected delivery times given are estimates, and do not form part of any contract. We aim to despatch most goods to you within 4 weeks of order . The express service enables you to have your made to order item, completed within a two week period (providing components are in stock). Should you wish to select this service you will need to contact us. If you choose to select the express service you will be charged an additional 15% on your total order value. Please note that any goods found to be faulty upon receipt will be replaced, but time must be allowed for the returned goods to arrive back to us before replacement goods are despatched. It is therefore your responsibility to allow ample time prior to your wedding for contingencies.
Address Requirements
We will not ship to a PO Box number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address given is a deliverable one. If a flat or apartment, then the flat number and building number must be clearly stated. An e-mail address is essential so that we can:
a) Confirm your order and expected delivery date.
b) Inform you when your order has been despatched and issue an on-line tracking number with instructions.
Non- Deliverable Items
If any item fails to be delivered because of a fault given in the address submitted on order, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and we will not be held accountable for late delivery. If an item is returned to us because it has not been delivered / collected from the Post Office then re-shipping costs will be charged to re send the item.
Customs/ Import Duties
Any duties payable are the sole responsibility of the client. We will not pay any fees relating to import tariffs.
Returns Policy
Please check items carefully upon receipt, or as soon is reasonable possible, and report any problems to us on 0870 2408391 or via email . If your goods are faulty we will despatch replacement goods free of charge as soon as we receive the faulty goods back. We will also reimburse your costs in sending those goods back to us. If you are unhappy with your goods for any other reason and would like an exchange or replacement, please return to us and we will send out a replacement or refund your card. The cost of returning goods lies with the client, unless faulty, when those goods will be exchanged free of charge. Upon receipt of the returned items, the delivery charges of faulty goods will be credited to the client’s charge card, and replacement goods despatched. Please allow 28 days from receipt of returned goods for replacement goods to be re-shipped. Refunds or exchanges will be only be authorised for goods returned in their original condition and packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods that have been worn, damaged or soiled. We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items. This is to cover administration charges etc and will only be used in extenuating circumstances.
Returns cannot be accepted for special orders unless deemed to be faulty. Special Orders are items which have been made to order such as Tiaras, Veils and wedding dresses. These are not exchangeable as they have been specifically made to your own specifications and are personal to you and we would not usually be able to re-sell such items.
Sale Items
We will only accept returns on sale items if we are notified within 7 days of receipt that those goods are unsuitable.
All sale items are from stock samples and are "Sold as Seen". They may have been tried on by other brides. Whilst we will endeavour to be as fair as possible in accepting returns, sale items are sold at greatly reduced prices, which will reflect the possibility of containing flaws. Please ensure that you fully inspect all sale items as soon as reasonably possible on receipt as these items will not be refunded after 7 days from purchase.
How to return an item
Please re-package your items in the original packaging. There is a return address label on the LHS of the delivery note which you may wish to re-use. Please also enclose a note explaining what the problem is and what action you require from us. Please send your item via recorded delivery only to: Bexicles, Alexandra Dock Business Centre, Fisherman’s Wharf, Grimsby DN31 1UL, ENGLAND. We recommend that you return items via a “recorded delivery” so that proof of despatch and receipt can be obtained. Bexicles accepts no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
