Made to order items will take between 6 - 8 weeks to be completed (unless otherwise stated at the time of order). Should you require you item/s sooner than the timescale stated, then please contact us to discuss our express service.

I need my tiara urgently. Is there a quicker service?

The express service enables you to have your made to order item, completed within a two week period (providing components are in stock). Should you wish to select this service you will need to contact us. If you choose to select the express service you will be charged an additional 15% on your total order value.

I'm not sure if the tiara I have chosen is right. Can I see it before I place my order?

We realise that ordering a tiara over the internet can be a bit daunting. If you would like to see the sample tiara before you confirm your order just give us a call and we can arrange delivery. For this service we would require payment in full which will be refunded upon return of the tiara. The sample tiara must be returned within 7 days in the original condition and it's original packaging.

What delivery charges apply?

We endeavour to keep postage charges to a minimum. Rates are based on current Royal Mail tariffs plus an allowance for packaging and handling.  Postage costs are based on the weight and delivery zone. These charges will be advised to you before debiting your card.
