Support by e-mail, telephone or fax to receive information, analyse data and communicate recommendations for corrective or remedial actions by customer. Modem support (if installed) to make application software or configuration changes.
Scheduled maintenance
Structured service agreement to provide on-site cover for critical measurement and control applications.
Remedial service
On-site; Operational inspection, repair or replacement of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation parts or software changes as required.
Calibration follow-up
On-site; zero calibration check, on-line calibration check and calibration adjustment as required.
