The Big Parade
Who is to lead the Church parade? The Home Guard? or The
Wardens?
28 Don't Forget The Diver
Captain Mainwaring's Platoon are pitted against Captain Square's
in a strategic exercise of camouflage which features Jones's
disguise as a log!
29 Boots Boots Boots
Mainwaring puts the platoon on a series of tests for foot
hardening. But the unhappy members of the platoon think its
time to take the situation into their own hands.
30 Sergeant - Save My Boy!
Private Pike is trapped in a barbed wire fence in a minefield,
who can save him?
31 Don't Fence Me In
The platoon are guarding a POW camp and Private Walker takes
full advantage of the situation for one of his schemes.
32 Absent
Friends 
In Mainwaring's absence ,the majority of the platoon take
on the wardens in a dart's match. On the Captain's return, he
finds he must deal with mutiny and an emergency!
33 Put That Light Out!
Jones, Frazer, Pike and Godfrey are on guard at the lighthouse
but disaster strikes when they light up all of Walmington.
34 The Two and a Half Feathers
An old comrade of Corporal Jones turns up in Walmington On
Sea and tries to shatter the old soldier's heroic reputation.
35 Mum's Army
Mainwaring enlists women into the platoon and soon falls
for the charms of one of its newest members, but as in most
circumstances a heart has to be broken!
36 The Test
A cricket match is to take place between the platoon and
the wardens and Godfrey saves the day!

A. Wilson (Manager)
Wilson is up for promotion
and Mainwaring is up the wall as most
of his platoon are unwittingly promoted to the ranks of Sergeant!

Uninvited Guests
The Warden's post has been bombed so they decide to invade
the Church hall, much to the Home Guard's annoyance.
39 Fallen Idol
A drunken night in the officer's mess spells near disaster
for Captain Mainwaring.
