The
final episode of "Dad's Army" was broadcast
on Remembrance Sunday 1977, so this was also the year that
World Distributors produced their sixth and final annual.
Again
an excellent cover design, even if the image of Arthur Lowe
had already graced two previous covers, it was nice to see
the annual bow out on a high point, (several other anuals
based on successful TV series have being well noted other
the years as poorly illustrated!).
The
Price this year had increased over double than it usually
did (25p), but still quite a bargain! (My copy was nevermore
so - my mother found it on a post -Christmas shopping trip
to Asda reduced to 25p!)
