3 bedroom house swap  wick      highland scotland

Hello welcome to andys joannes house exchange site.   We have a 3 bedroom house in the fishing /market town of wick located 100 miles north of the highland capital inverness.

Wick has a airport bus and train station and is only 2 hours drive to invernes. we have a ferry port just 20 miles away to the orkney and on to the shetland islands. 

There are many walks in the area we are close to the beach and golf courses  only 2 miles.

The famous scenery of scotland is only a wee drive away. Wick has a lot to offer the people who want a new realaxing lifestyle.

Wick is a town there is tescos argos homebase all main retailers a 24hr hospital pubs resturants and a selection of shops  we have a high school and primary schools. The nearest primary school is only 3 minutes walk.

Our 3 bedroom house consists of a large back garden and medium front garden there is a place for off street parking and we have a garden shed. The living  room is 15x 12 feet and the downstairs bedroom comes off the living room. We have 2 large bedrooms and bathroom upstairs with cupboard space and views over the hills and wick retail park.

our house is a semi detached on a bus route in to town taking only 5 minutes  the nearest school is 5 minute walk away and arocky beach 5 minutes walk away.

The neighbours both sides are elderly and they have no dogs.

We have 2 dogs in this house The gardens are fenced in.

The kitchen is compact but room for all kitchen appliances.

You need to be at least 1 child and 1 adult to qualifiy for this property the downstairs bedroom can be used for a dining room.

The local councill will accept the following 1 adult or 2 adults 1 or 2 or 3 children or single parent with 1 children or more up to 4 children.

We are looking for any 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom property in any uk area prefer villige town location in somerset devon norfolk cambridgeshire rural but will not rule out any where.
