All charges are per day and include 2 persons, awning/car/electric.

Conditions of Booking

Booking - A non-returnable deposit of £30 per week per pitch is required. The balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. If payment has not been received 14 days prior to your holiday we reserve the right to re-book the pitch. If we are unable to do so, please note you are responsible for the balance. We accept Credit and Debit Cards.

Cancellation Policy - All monies paid are non-refundable.

Arrivals/Departures - Your pitch is available from mid-day and must be vacated by 11a.m. on the day of departure. For a late departure please check with Reception.

Refunds - We are unable to refund if holidaymakers depart prior to the dates booked. Holiday insurance is strongly advised.

The Pitch - One tourer/motorhome/tent per pitch. Due to Fire Regulations awnings are NOT to face each other. WINDBREAKS, GAZEBOS AND PUP TENTS ONLY PERMITTED IN THE MEADOW. Satellite dishes must be attached to caravan or motorhome

Cars - One car per pitch. For additional cars please advise at time of booking and see Tariff. For safety, cars should not exceed 10 m.p.h

Commercial Vehicles - We are unable to accept vans, pick-up trucks or trade vehicles.

Children - Parents are responsible for the safety of their children while on the Park, including the Play Area and the Meadow. Small children must be accompanied by an adult in the Shower/Toilet facilities.

Games - Ball games, which might annoy or inconvenience others are not allowed on the Park, only in areas provided. We cannot allow skateboards or children on bicycles.

Dogs - At Parks discretion.

Laundry - Clothes lines are not permitted, only those manufactured to attach to the caravan.There is a spin dryer and tumble dryer in the Laundrette.

Barbecues - Proprietary barbecues are permitted, provided they are off the ground and not allowed to burn the grass.

Noise - After 11p.m. please be considerate with regard to noise, particularly with radios and televisions in awnings.

Security Barrier - The barrier is a security measure. Please collect a key card from Reception on arrival for which a £10 deposit is required.This will be refunded on departure unless card is lost or damaged. This card is for your sole use, and not to permit entry to any other persons.

Any person in breach of these conditions may be asked to leave the Park.
