The Heugh Hotel is a beautiful Baronial mansion offering 3 star accommodation in the West End of Stonehaven. We are the highest rated Scottish Tourist Board hotel in town.
Since 1984 when we (the Hermanns family) took over the hotel, we have taken great pride in providing a friendly and relaxed, yet professional atmosphere for you to enjoy.

The Heugh Hotel is ideally situated for the tourist and businessman alike, with Stonehaven being only 12 miles from the City of Aberdeen and close to the popular touring area of Royal Deeside.
Stonehaven itself is a lovely seaside resort with a small sheltered harbour. It has a population of 11,000 and has many leisure facilities and attractions including:

The Heugh Hotel is a WiFi hotspot. Our customers are able to access the internet wirelessly [and free] in the hotel's public areas and bedrooms. We are the only hotel in Stonehaven offering this facility.
All our bedrooms boast widescreen LCD televisions with digital [Freeview] tuners.
The ground floor of the hotel (lounge, dining room, snug, bar, function room) is fully accessable to wheelchair users. Also for those in wheelchairs, we have a moveable ramp at the front entrance and disabled toilet facilities on the ground floor.
In accordance with Scottish law, the Heugh Hotel is a designated no smoking building - this includes all our guest bedrooms.
