Development An organisation ultimately
succeeds or fails on how prepared and trained the staff is in performing
its various roles and functions. An informed, confident and happy staff
group increases productivity and maintains a good staff retention record. Grey Cell Training offers
comprehensive packages that will increase and enhance staff skills,
knowledge and experience. Many different methods are used, together
with the foundation of Grey Cell Training’s extensive knowledge of
personal and systems psychology. The initial consultation with
you, the customer, will establish the particular nature of the needs of
your workforce, your management group, the organisational and customer
requirements, and will present a programme that is targeted effectively to
these needs. In addition, Grey Cell Training
can, on request, utilise initial scoping exercises, ascertaining the views
of the staff on training and development, and offer these to you in
preparation for your strategy for your HR programmes. Post course and
programme evaluation and feedback is offered by negotiation. Staff training and development
programmes can be offered on a corporate roll out basis, by the delivery
of modules, by coaching and mentoring strategies, or on individual bases
if required. Training can either be in-house, or at an external venue, as
negotiated. |
