MANAGING ANGER (YOUNG PEOPLE)

This two-day event will provide a clear and simple introduction to assisting young people to manage anger effectively. This course is suitable for those who are either interested in working with young people, or who are currently doing so.

Course 221 Managing Anger (Young People)

During the two-day course members will:

 

·        Explore the root identify of the particular behaviours

·        Identify how to work comfortably with the young person in acknowledging the reasons for anger

·        Obtain material and techniques for encouraging safe disclosure and change mechanisms

·        Examine  ‘healthy’ and ‘unhealthy’ anger reactions to life and events

·        Receive techniques and information to assist young people in managing anger effectively

·        Received supporting handouts to assist in transferring methods to the workplace

Course Dates

Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th September 2008

9.30 am – 4.30 pm each day

Location: Knuston Hall, Northamptonshire

Delegate Fee £250 (excluding VAT)

Accommodation – 2 nights BBE on request (£104 + VAT)
