Savings
Our members can pay their savings into the GGCU:
- Using cash or cheque (made payable to Greater Govan Credit Union) at either of our offices.
- By Standing Order.
Loans
Our members may apply for a loan:
- After 10 weeks regular savings.
- When you have completed a loan application form at either of our offices or you can download the form on this page and fill it in at home.

Remember to fill in both the front and back page of your loan application form.
Once the loan form is completed a loan officer or credit committee officer will let you know if your application has been successful or un-successful.
The amount members can borrow depends on their current share holdings, deposits, length of time they have been a member and previous borrowing history, if any.

We offer competitive rates on foreign currency to all our members. If you want to find out the current exchange rates please contact either of our offices directly. The exchange rates are also displayed in the windows of both our offices.
