Terms and Conditions
- Holidays
booked and paid for by cheque or by direct bank transfer may be made direct
with the proprietors - David & Madeleine Vercoe. 01404 881790. For payment
by Credit / Debit Card, please apply to our agent : Lyme Bay Holidays (www.lymebayholidays.co.uk).
An additional booking fee will be requested by our agent.
- We will
be pleased to provide information on availability over the phone or by email:
info@furleycottages.co.uk
- Damages and
breakages must be reported immediately, and may be charged for.
- No liability
can be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to occupants or their property
during the period of the booking.
- Bookings
for Holly and Hazel (one-bedroom) cottages run from Friday to Friday. Bookings
for Chestnut, Oak and Old Orchard (two-bedroom) cottages run from Saturday
to Saturday.
- Bookings run
from 3pm on the day of arrival, to 10am on the morning of departure.
- The availability
and use of the swimming pool does not form any part of our contract for
the booking of self-catering cottages. Children under the age of 16 years
must not use the pool unless under adult supervision.
- No food, drink
or glassware permitted in the pool area.
- One quiet,
clean, well-behaved dog per booking is very welcome. An additional £20.00
per week will be charged.
- Dogs must not
be left unattended in the property.
- Please bring
your pet’s own bedding, and do not allow them into bedrooms or on the furniture.
- Dogs are not
allowed in the pool area.
- Dogs must not
be allowed to foul the gardens and grounds, and should be exercised in the
field reserved for that purpose.
